Issue two was released in February of 1999, or at least somewhere in that time period. Definitely early in the year. It saw a shrinkage to 48 pages, yet was still as crammed as the first issue. Still very costly, and again sales were low. Too many free fanzines out there in the scene. Perhaps I should join them....
